Does the weather affect your mood? What are your strategies for coping?
I hate to blame things on the weather when I’m in a bad mood but I definitely think a cool, clear and sunny day with a light breeze always puts me in a great mood.

I agree! I find that I get really sad and grumpy when I stay up all night, and then sleep until sunset and find out I missed out on the daylight. Cool clear sunny day with a light breeze is pretty much the best way to describe the perfect day.
Growing up on the West Coast of California the weather is usually always gloomy. I never really knew what was full and sunny day, Maybe thats why I grew up with a bad mood all the time!! Ha!
Since moving to Hawai’i, every day is a good day! But to make it even more perfect, not having to go into work anymore is my next goal. It sprinkles on you like a mist to keep you cool. The weather stays at a cool 70 degrees, and Summers get nice and toasty.
The only difference between the two places is the humidity. I’m sure working and living on the East coast you encounter your share of that!
